I think for me I suspected from the moment we first see Lars wheeling in his trolley. His facial structure didn't change so much, and the voice was still similar, although to be honest that actually made me doubt it was him at first. How often to voice actors play more than one part, after all?

And the surname! Just too similar!

The voice didn't do it for me. Probably because i'm aware billy west does a lot of voices, and some are bound to be similar, so that didnt give anything away.
