D.O.O.P. The Right Thing!
Zapp Brannigan disappears into the jungles of a distant planet, where he is made ruler and worshipped as a god. He sends only on message from the bust - the king needs a one-eyed jungle queen. The Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) sends a reluctant Leela, Kif Kroker, Fry and Bender up the river into the heart of darkness to save him - but they are not prepared for the unspeakably bloated horror they find there.

Yeah ive got the first twenty direct editions...But im havin' trouble getting the last few as my comic store stopped doing futurama...Boo :evil:


Anyone got a link for a website for a good mail order store?..Ive tried eBay but you end up waiting weeks for 'em or bidding above the right price :(

If there is ever the need for the most average Futurama Comic to be voted for, this is the issue that I would nominate. I truly feel that, while there was nothing terrible bad about the story, there was also nothing absolutely outstanding about it either. The most fun was Zapp's flair gun of naked Leela, and the adventures of Fry and Bender in the army barracks. Apart from that it felt like a bad mix between "Amazon Women in the Mood" and "War is the H-Word". The art was off model in a few places, but like I said before, I loved the image of Zapp's flair gun.
