Only 9 episodes?

I watched Futurama on a site, before that site got banned from hosting Futurama, and there were only 9 episodes in Season 1, is this right or did I miss a few eps?

It depends on whether you're talking production season or broadcast season. Only nine episodes were broadcast in the first on-air season, but thirteen were produced. The other four were first aired during the second on-air season. However, the DVD sets are grouped by production seasons and the first set does have thirteen episodes.
