Hermes Conrad is around 45 years old has a wife and a kid. He is a 37th Class Bureaucrat. He is an expert limboist, so much so he represented earth in the 2980 Olympics but his competition was tragically cut short when a fan, trying to be just like Hermes, limboed too low and broke his back.

I rather like Hermes. Like how he degrades Zoidberg for being such a slob. Hermes's hatred for Zoidberg is hilarious! It's good to have a black character who's educated and somewhat in a position of authority. His son is pretty cool, too. Plus he also has an athletic background, being a Limbo Champion and all.

Wish we could know a little more about his past, how he meet Labarbra, where he went to high school/college and how it was like for him. After all, he did spend some time in Mexico!

Now, if only he and Bender could have another adventure together!
