I didn't really like Amy when I first started watching the show, but I've grown to appreciate her. Her klutziness and slang are totally funny, and I've actually taken to using some of her expressions, like "spluh" and "shmeesh." I love it in the ep "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch," at the beginning when she comes sailing in on her party board, attempts to dismount gracefully, and falls flat on her face. That will never, ever get old for me. :)

Oh yeah, I relate to her too. My mom is just like her mom...well, maybe not as pushy, but definitely on the same track. Grrrrrr....

I obviously have to stay away from the Amy Wong section. The natural progression of discussion relative to Amy becomes too wide in scope.....

My opinion is that if a character evokes a lucid memory resulting in a few random posts, it's not the end of the world.
For example, if talking about the 'Honking' episode, a member feels compelled to discuss a car they saw that looked like the one in that show....that should be okay.
If that SAME coversation turns into a 16 post diatribe on what cars are better and other related car stories....THAT would be off topic.

At any rate, I'll stay away from the Amy section for my own safety....AMY RULES!!! :shock:
