i have to admit i used to watch the simpsons..but after season thirteen i kinda stopped. i still watch it from time to time tho and it has it's moments. but my question is to the people that are knowledgeable of the background characters.

so ever since the beginning there's been there fair share of background people at moes tavern, but there's a guy who wears a hat, he's always, well, almost, always there. whats his name? in the 13 seasons i watched i really didn't see him talking other than grunts or singin in the songs they've sung. i'd have to admit, i want a action figure of the guy.
