Do you mean movement animation? Or 3D animation?

Im not sure maybe just 3D Still Picture but if a 3D moving one was done right it would be so sweet

You can search for gif creators where you combine still images, but its quite hard to find free ones. There are some, though.

u want paint shop pro m8 it makes these images overlap and makes a little movie, u can get it from download.com or limewire
