Untitled Fan Fic!

This is another Fan fiction I wrote about a week ago . It's set after the BWABB . It's just about what life is now like for the crew after the events of the BWABB , and Fry and Leela are closer than ever . She started to give him a chance , but as they start getting closer something always interfears .

The old boring days where back . Just sitting around the Planet Express giving out orders , repairing the ship then being sent out to do a delivery . Only a few things had changed . After the horrible incident between Amy and Zapp , Kiff then gave into Amy's plead and gave her another chance .

Professor and Wernstrom went back to their usual bickering and fighting over who's better than each other . Bender was still the leader of the league of robots but was keeping it a secret , and Hermes did his usual boring meetings . But For Fry and Leela things had changed a lot .

After coming home the two never really spoke to one another that much . After Leela losing Lars and Fry losing Coleen , they both sort of went through the same thing . Fry once again started his usual nagging at Leela for a date , and as usual she rejected him , or end up saying " Maybe another time Fry " . But for a while Leela just wanted to take it steadily and see how things turned out .

Even though they still hadn't gone out for a date . For some reason Fry felt as if he was more closer to Leela than he had ever been before . They spoke to each other more , went out for lunch most days , Leela was actually starting to get used to Fry's company .

But all she had to do was wait and see what the future holds . But as usual the morning started off with Leela's alarm being set off at 9am . Leela's eye flickered open , and she looked around her room . " God the days couldn't get anymore boring " she said to herself . Leela then sat up from her bed and stretched .

Then Got up and stroked Nibbler who was curled up at the end of her bed . She then headed up to her window and pulled the curtains open , which revealed a beautiful sunlight through the window . Just seeing the sunlight shine in the morning made Leela quite happy . But Leela then went on to do her usual morning procedures .

She got dressed into her usual daytime outfit . Tied her long purple hair in its usual ponytail , and a little bit of makeup on which made Leela feel great . After that she head off out the door to work . Leela headed down along the busy street to a local cafe . she went is as usual and took a seat .

" Hey Leela " a voice from behind her said . Leela then turned her head and their was Fry standing their smiling down at Leela . " Hey Fry " Leela replied with a smile . Fry then sat down at looked at Leela who was sitting facing him smiling . " So , how are you this morning ? " Fry asked her nicely .

Leela then gave a shrug , " Oh , I'm alright , what about you ? " Leela replied . " Great , now that I've seen you " Fry said and smiled at Leela . An awkward silence then came among the 2 as they sat in the cafe . " Do you want a coffee? " Fry asked Leela breaking up the silence . " Sure " Leela replied with a smile , " OK , I'll be right back " Fry said then headed up to the counter .

" Professor , this is really silly you know yourself you invention isn't going to win against Wernstroms " Hermes said to the Professor who was sitting trying to fix his new invention in his lab . " I have to " the Professor replied , " If I let Wernstrom win the competition I'm ruined and humiliated , and I can't let that happen " .

Hermes then shook his head and folded his arms, " Well , what does this machine actually do " Hermes asked the Professor . " Well , that's the problem I don't know what it does but I soon will , now off you go I have to figure out what it does " . Hermes then shook his head then headed out the lab leaving the Professor to get on with his silly invention .

The whole crew couldn't help but stare at the Professors odd looking machine that he had built . All it was , was a large metallic box , with 3 pipes circling it , and a small screen with a few buttons , and a lever to control it . Amy , Leela , Fry and Bender stood there speechless examining the machine .

They couldn't help but stare at it , because it was the most unusual machine that the Professor ever built . They had never seen anything like it before . " Uh , Professor what is this ? " Leela asked interupting the awkward silence among the crew . " Well , it has something to do with time travel " The Professor replied fixing his glasses .

" What " Leela said screwing up her face . The Professor then rolled his eyes then grabbed a cloth out of his pocket and wiped the sweat off his head , then shuffled along to the counter in front of him and picked up an apple and placed it on a table in front of the crew .

" Now , Look what it does to this apple when I press this button " . The Professor then started fiddling around with the controls , pressing buttons which came with a little beeping noises as he pushed them . He then grabbed the lever and pulled it down in front of his hard .

The machine then started vibrating , and then Shawn a light onto the apple , making the whole crew gasp as they watched the apple disappear into thin air . " Hey , where'd it go ? " Fry asked confused . " It was sent forward in time " The Professor replied .

" Yeah , right Professor , out of all the machine's you've built this is the dumbest " Bender shouted , " Come on , let's go before he wastes more of our time " Bender said again then started to head out the room with Fry , Amy and Leela following .

" No wait " The Professor shouted waving his arms in the air . But as the Professor ran after him , he tripped up and the lever of the machine was pulled downwards . A Vibrating noise then came from the machine , which then caught the crews attention again . The machine then let out a light which Shawn in front of Leela .

Then within a few seconds a huge flash came making Leela disappear into thin air, leaving nothing left but a few ashes on the ground , the crew then just stood there not believing what they just saw .

NOOOOOOO!!!!! Leela can't be gone, Fry will be sad :(

All Leela could see was darkness . Not a sound could be heard . But she knew she was somewhere . She could feel her body against the cold floor and could feel a headache coming on . Then in the distance she could hear a mumbling noise , and a small light . Leela then could feel her self shiver , and was too scared to open her eye , as she feared what she would see and where she was .

As she lay the sound got louder and louder , and turned into the sound of Amy's voice . " Leela " Amy screamed . " Leela , are you alright ? " she screamed again . Leela then could feel Amy's warm hands on her arm , and then could feel her self being shook gently by Amy .

" Leela , oh my god , wake up Please! " Amy cried . At last Leela let out a groan which immediately surprised Amy . Leela then slowly opened her eye and found Amy before her with tears in her eyes . " Oh my god Leela , are you alright ? " Amy said again .

But Leela ignored her and tried to push herself up from the floor . Amy then grabbed Leela's arm and led her over to a nearby chair to rest . " Leela , say something " . Leela then lifted her head slightly and looked at Amy who had worry in her eyes .

Leela just felt so tired , she felt as if she hadn't slept in days . she felt as if someone was bashing her brain in with a brick . As Leela sat on the chair trying to rest , Amy looked at her arms and her hair . Part of Leela's hair was burnt , and her Tank top was covered in black burns .

" Leela , what happened " Amy asked her interrupting the silence among them . " I Just came in and found you lying on the floor " . " Aw , it was the Professors stupid machine he built , something happened and all I cam remember is just seeing this huge flash in my eye , then disappearing into darkness " .

Amy then screwed up her face as to what Leela had just said . " What machine is this ? " Amy asked . " That stupid machine he built for that competition thing " Leela replied then jumped off the chair and grabbed a damp cloth and started to dry off her face .

But for some reason Amy had no idea what Leela was talking about . Amy just stood trying to think . What machine had the Professor built? , what competition was she talking about ? . As Amy stood thinking , Leela then finished drying the sweat away from her face , then threw the damp cloth to the side , and looked around the room .

Things had changed alot . The Professor Lab had no inventions . The room had been gutted from all the silly little tools , and the floor was stripped off , and a carpet red carpet put in place . All that lay in the room was a dining table and chairs , and a small fridge in the corner .

Leela narrowed her eye and looked over at Amy . Amy had certainly changed over the last few minutes . Her hair had grown a bit longer , and was just hanging down straight over her shoulders , with a light fringe in front of her face .

Her clothes had certainly changes as well , instead of the usual pink suit she wore . She had on a plain white short sleeved top , with the usual pink trousers , but with a pair of flat black sandals .

" Amy you have certainly changed over the last 5 minutes " . Amy who had just come out of day dreaming looked over at Leela who was leaning against the door looking over at her . " What do you mean ? I've been dressed like this all day " Amy replied . Leela then just gave a slight shrug , " Well your usually wearing your pink sweat suit , and your hair has certainly grown as well " .

Amy then scowled at Leela and folded her arms . " Leela , I haven't worn that suit in years , and I decided to grow my hair out for a change , I didn't really like it when it was short , I wanted a change , anyway I guess your attitude hasn't changed in the last 5 minutes " .

Leela once again gave Amy another nasty look but this time she didn't reply to Amy's comment because she knew it would start another usual girlie argument . " So , where is everybody ? " Leela asked Amy who was standing the other way sulking .

Amy then rolled her eyes and slowly turned round to face Leela . " I've told you a million times , Bender's away out drinking , Hermes is away with the Professor on some science tour thing , and I thought you and Fry weren't coming back from your holiday till Wednesday " .

After Amy said those last few words Leela slowly turned her head , and looked at her totally confused . " Uh , What Holiday ?" she asked . " Oh , come on Leela I'm not in the mood for this , you and Fry said you weren't coming back from your beach holiday till Wednesday " .

" Amy , what are you talking about ? , I haven't ever been on holiday with Fry , or even agreed to go on holiday with Fry " . Amy by now was just fed up with Leela . Leela had never behaved like this before , abed for some reason Amy knew she had changed . " Look , Leela I'm not in the mood or this , come on let's go and get you cleaned up " . Amy then grabbed Leela by the arm and led her out the room .

" Oh my God , where's Leela ? " Fry screamed and he knelt down to the ashes which lay on the floor . " Now , now calm down Fry " Amy replied softly and placed her hand gently in Fry's shoulder . " Calm down , calm down Leela has just been blasted into ashes and your asking me to calm down " .

" Look , Fry just sit down , the Professor is away to get some tools to fix the machine , it'll be alright " . Amy then pulled a chair over to Fry and sat him down and looked at him . She could see right off that he was upset . His head was in his hands , and tears were beginning to form in his eyes . Amy then couldn't help but comfort him .

" Look , Fry she's fine I bet , the Professor will get her back? Don't worry " . " Yeah , but you Don't understand Amy , me and Leela were... well , kinda' getting close , she still rejected me for a date , but I knew that she was just starting to give me a chance , and every time I get close to her something always goes wrong and ruins it " .

Fry then got up from his chair and just stared at the machine that stood before him . He then let out a strong sigh and let his head tilt forward . " Where do you think she is Amy ? " Fry said breaking up the silence among them . " I don't know Fry " Amy replied with a shrug . " But look Fry just wait and see what happens " .

For some reason Leela knew something had changed . Everything around her had changed . The Professors Lab was changed and transferred into a dining room . The Planet Express TV area was transferred into the kitchen , and the most shocking thing of all . Dr Zoidberg had turned RICH .

He had his own Futuristic house , and his own butler . Leela would never had imagined that Dr Zoidberg would become wealthy . But Leela by now was starting to feel scared and lonely . Amy just acted as if nothing had happened to her .

Leela had to get her hair cut short , and change her clothes thanks to what the machine had done to her . She had a few burns on her arms , and a scar on her face thanks to the machine . Everyone was gone . Fry had left , the Professor and Hermes was gone and so was Bender . All this just made Leela so angry .

But what made Leela angry the most was that Amy just didn't care about Leela . They sat in their local cafe having a cup of coffee , with Leela sitting staring at Amy who was sitting sipping her coffee and reading a magazine , and taking no notice of Leela .

" You are so stuck Amy " . Amy slowly then lifted her head over the top of her magazine , and looked at Leela who was sitting scowling at her . " what did you say ? " Amy asked quietly . " I said you are just so stuck up , you just sit their as if nothings happened " .

Amy then narrowed her eyebrows and lowered her magazine . " What do you mean I'm so stuck up ? , Look who's talking " Amy replied angrily . Leela then smiled and laughed sarcastically at Amy , who was starting to get angrier by the minute .

" Look , Amy you just sit their as if nothings happened to me , and about an hour ago I was Zapped by the Professors stupid machine " . " I wake up and everythings changed , the Professor is gone , Hermes is gone , everyone had changed even you , and no one actually cares what has happened to me " .

Leela by now had Amy's full attention . Amy just sat their blinking at Leela knowing it wasn't the real Leela she knew . " Leela , you have changed a lot , I don't understand why you are here ? , your meant to be on holiday with Fry , I just came in and found you lying on the floor unconscious , and then all of a sudden you start acting weirdly " .

" Amy , I have never agreed to go on a date with Fry , or even a holiday , I have no idea what you are talking about ? " Leela replied to Amy who by now was just as scared , and feeling weird as Leela . " Leela , your sounding as if you Don't love Fry anymore , god your his fiance , and your just acting as if he's just some kind of stranger " .

Leela eye then widened as to what Amy had just said . In all her life she had never heard Amy say something like this before . " Amy what the hell are you talking about ? , I'm not engaged to Fry " .

Once Leela stopped talking she looked at Amy's face, who had just looked as if she had seen a ghost . In all her life she had never seen Leela act like this before . " Stay here Leela I'll be back in a minute " Amy then grabbed her bag and magazine and ran out the cafe leaving Leela at the cafe .

Hmmm..... I usually can come up with good titles for my unprinted fanfics (and they shall remain that way lol), but it's usually when I know the entire story, so you go ahead and finish it, and then I'll give you a title

Here's a small update , the next part will come soon .

" So , Professor what your trying to tell us is that Leela is stuck in the future " Amy asked the Professor as sh sat round the conference table , with Fry next to her who was in utter silence . " Well , sort of , you see the machine can only send people into the future but it can't ... " .

" Wait , a minute Professor " Amy shouted interupting him . " Are you trying to say that Leela in stuck in the future and can't get back " .
The Professor then gave a slight smile then gave and honest but nervous nod to Amy . Who by now was turned to Fry , who was sitting slumped down on his chair , with his head in his hands .

Leela just felt trapped . Even though the sun was shining as usual and the sky was a lovely bright blue colour , but Leela just felt trapped . As she walked slowly along the road with her arms folded , something immediately caught her eye .

She slowly turned round and stared into a shop window and looked up at a calender hung on the shops wall . " 3012 cat calender " . Leela then slowly rubbed her eye , then blinked a few times and then looked back at the calender which lay before her .

Leela just didn't know what to do . She was practically stuck . Stuck in a time were she should not be . She sat in the local park bench , thinking of what to do and where to go . She couldn't go and find the Professor because he was gone . Fry was apparently engaged to her and on holiday , and Amy just ran off leaving her to grieve on her own .

The day couldn't get any worse . All Leela wanted to do now was go home . As she sat thinking of what to do next , she heard a voice that she could immediately recognize . Leela lifted her head and their was Fry running along the road towards her . But he had changed . He wore a nice pair of black trouser and shoes .

With a plain white shirt and a bright blue tie on , and with his to ginger spikes plastered to the back of his head . Leela could not believe what she was seeing . Fry ran up to her and looked at her as if he hadn't seen her in ages . " Leela , what the hell are you doing here ? " he asked her angrily .

" Excuse me " Leela replied with a scowl . " I thought you weren't coming back from the Hotel till sunday , we agreed on this " . But Leela couldn't help but ignore him , and stare . Leela couldn't take her eye off him . He actually looked quite handsome in his suit .

" Leela " Fry shouted . Leela then shook her head and looked back up at Fry . " What ? , look eh , I came back early because I missed Nibbler alright " Leela replied obviously pretending .

" Well , alright but you should have called me , and told me that you were coming back , well anyway let's go and find Amy , she told me she needed to talk to me about something " . Fry then grabbed Leela's hand and pulled her away put of the park .

The whole crew just stood and stared at Leela . The Professor , Amy , Hermes , Fry and Zoidberg all examined her as if she was a ghost . " Hmm , There definitely is something different about you Leela " The Professor added rubbing his chin , " But I just can't put my mind to it " .

" Leela , why did you say those things back at the cafe ? " Amy asked Leela stepping out in front of the crew blocking their image of her . Leela slowly then narrowed her eye and folled her arms at Amy who was looking at Leela up and down . " Look , I told you , I'm not meant to be here , The Professor's stupid invention sent me here , Why won't any of you believe me....? " .

Just as Leela had finished her sentence , a huge gust of wind came grabbing the crews attention , and making papers fly all over the room . Then a bright light flashed in front of their eyes blinding them and their leaving behind on the floor was Fry . The whole crew gasped as they laid their eyes upon the past Fry , who lay on the ground before them .

The drew then slowly walked towards the lifeless Fry , and jumped back in fright as he started coughing and pulling himself up from the ground . Fry then lifted her head slightly , opening his eyes slowly to see what stood before him . " Oh my god " Amy added .

" Leela , is that you ? " Fry said pushing himself up off the ground . Leela then pushed passed the crew , and ran up to Fry wrapping her arms around his cold body . " Oh God Leela , I was so worried about you " Fry said slowly with tears forming in his eyes .

" I'm OK Fry , I'm fine " Leela replied to him with a smile . Leela then slowly looked at Fry with a smile . " Excuse me " Amy added breaking up the passionate look between them . " But what the hell is this ? " she said again . Fry then slowly turned his head to the future crew and his eyes widened as he saw the future Fry standing before him .

The two Fry's walked slowly towards each other and examined each other . " My god is that what I'm gonna look like in 3 years " Fry said happily . " Hmm , so this machine that I supposedly built sends people forward in time " the Professor added breaking up the look between the 2 Fry's .

" Yes , you invented some stupid machine which sent me here " Leela replied to him . " Oh yes that machine I built it for the science fair so I could beat Wernstrom " . " Yes , that's it " Fry shouted with delight . " Well , Hmm I guess we better go and find it " . The Professor then started to shuffle along the floor and headed towards the door when suddenly he was stopped by the Future Fry .

" Hey , wait a second , if that's the old Leela " Fry said pointing to her , " Then where's our Leela " . " Well , Spluh! , she's back at Hotel , God Fry that 2 years at Mars Uni still didn't do any good to your brain " .

" Oh my god , that idiot doesn't he know what he's just done, he's trapped in the future with Leela" The Professor shouted as he stood next to his machine with Amy . " Look , Professor he was just upset about Leela leaving , I'm sure you would be if someone you loved was in danger " .

" Now , is their anyway of getting them back here " Amy asked the Professor who was sitting in the corner trying to calm himself down . " The only way for them to come back here , is for the future to send them back " he replied wiping the sweat from his head . " What , you mean we can't do anything , their stuck in the future and we can't do a thing to bring them back " .

The Professor lifted his head slightly then watched Amy run out the room in shock . The whole crew stood around the Professor watching him as he he dragged and pulled something out from a closet near by . Infront of them stood something huge and dusty with a blanket draped ovr the top of it .

The Professor then pulled the blanket off with blew a cloud of dust into the faces of the crew making then sneeze and cough . " That's it " Leela shouted with delight , " That's the machine which took me here " . " Hmm " , the Professor said rubbing his chin .

" I put this machine away 3 years ago , because it was no use , I think I could maybe fix it up again and maybe instead of sending people into the future it can send them back into the past , but it will take a while " . " How long ? " Fry asked . " About a month or 2 but I don't know " , " and what are we supposed to do " Leela asked angrilly folding her arms .

" Well , live life like you normally do , anyway I don't care , just all of you get out I have work to do " .



After hearing that they may never be able to return to their past life , Fry and Leela decided just to get on with their lives. Amy let Leela stay with her and Kiff , while Fry stayed at his usual flat with the future Bender. Thing had really changed a lot in just 3 years.

Amy and Kiff were running a warm steady relationship and Zapp Brannigan was out the way of things. Zoidberg had suddenly become rich , and Fry became smart. Leela just sat in Amy's lounge , while Amy fixed them up a mug of coffee.

" Here you go " Amy said passing Leela her mug of coffee and sitting down on the bright pink couch near her. Leela sipped her coffee slowly then tuned over to Amy who was sitting with a pair of reading glasses on and skimming through a fashion magazine. Leela could tell that Amy had changed a lot.

Her looks had changed but also her personality to. She wasn't as stubborn and stuck up as she was in the past. She was much more kinder , and a bit more mature , and didn't care for makeup and fashion as she usually did .

" So , Amy I'm curios how on earth did Zoidberg become rich ? " . Amy them lifted up her head and let her glasses slide down her nose. " Well , no one knows but for some reason he made a cure for some unknown disease " Amy replied sharply then continued to look at her magazine .

" Also , how did Fry become smart , I mean that's just impossible " Leela asked again bothering Amy . " Well , the Professor was sick and tired of Fry being so stupid so he sent him away to Mars Uni were he studied English , but he only lasted to days their because of his stupidness " .

" The Professor then sent him back again and helped him through umpteen different courses , which took about 2 years and then one day he just changed " . " He came home from Uni and no one could believe it , Fry had changed , his attitude , his personality and then you and him started dating " .

All Leela wanted to do was go home. She had been stuck in the Future for 3 weeks now not knowing if she would ever return home to her normal life. The Professor had started to rebuild the machine but he was taking an awful long time to launch it which was making Leela worried by the minute.

She just had to get on with her life as normal. But things just weren't normal , Leela had to stay with Amy and Kiff knowing she was getting in the way of things , Fry stayed in his usual flat with the future Bender who was never really there. The Future Fry hadn't heard from his so called fiance in over 3 weeks and was starting to get worried about her.

Leela just felt as if she wasn't wanted and she knew she wasn't wanted. The only good thing about the future was Fry. The Future Fry was a gentlemen. He was much different from the usual Fry Leela knew. He always treated Leela with respect , he didn't act immature or childish.

He and Bender had matured a bit and moved out of their childish antics and went their separate ways , but always remained friends. Even though Leela wasn't engaged to the future Fry she was sure getting used to him. He was kind and treated her like a lady , not like the old Fry.

But the Future Fry knew that she wasn't the real Leela he was engaged to , she was the past Leela. But Whenever he came in the room , Leela would feel nervous and got up and talk to him right away. But what she didn't know that she was hurting someone inside badly. Fry would sit and watch her talk away and take no notice of him , as she got used to the company of the future Fry.

"So , have you heard anything from her yet?" Leela asked the future Fry as they sat on the sofa in the lounge area. " No , not yet I'm starting to get a bit worried about her , she was meant to call me last night" the Future Fry replied looking at his phone which was held in his hand.

"Well , I'm sure she'll call" Leela said with a smile. Fry then slowly turned his head to Leela who was sitting with an innocent grin on her face. "You know I have nothing to do at lunchtime you wanna' go out for a meal maybe" Leela asked interupting their look.

Fry then who was sitting at the other end of the room over heard Leela. "Well , alright I guess I've got to go out anyway so I'll meet you around 1" the future Fry replied then headed out the room leaving Leela feeling quite happy with herself.

Leela was really getting used to him now. She couldn't help it but she knew she was falling for Fry. As she sat daydreaming the normal Fry she knew walked up slowly to her interrupting her day dream. "Hey Leela" he said quietly. "Hi" She replied sharply.

" Look , I was wondering since both of us have nothing to do , do you want to go out for lunch , just the both of us?". Leela turned her head round to Fry who was standing with a hopeful look on his face. " I Can't I'm going to meet up with someone else , sorry Fry" Leela added as she quickly got up from her chair and left Fry alone in the room.

A small innocent look then came upon Fry's face as he sat down on the sofa next to him. As he sat weeping in self pity. Amy came wandering through the door humming happy tune , but ended when she saw a down looking Fry sitting on the sofa near her.

"What's wrong Fry? " Amy asked him as she sat down next to him. Fry immediately shook his head trying to ignore Amy. " There's something obviously wrong come on tell me". Fry then let out a sigh and sat up on his chair. " It's Leela , she just ignoring me , she won't even speak to me now since she's got to know the new me".

Amy then sat back in her chair and listened to Fry whine a little more. " Look , Fry I know this is hard for you living in a time were your not supposed to be , but listen she's not going to get very far with him". "He's already engaged to a different Leela , nothing is going to happen between them trust me , now just calm down , you'll get her some day trust me".

Leela now was starting to get used to the Future. She sat outside a local cafe waiting on the Future Fry to come. She was by now falling for him. The Future Fry was just sweet , kind , handsome and practically a Gentlemen everything the Fry she knew wasn't.

As Leela sat day dreaming about him , the future Fry walked along the street wearing a usual smart Gentleman's outfit. He slowly then walked up to Leela and looked at her dreaming into space. " Hey Leela " he said quietly breaking up interupting Leela's daydream.

Leela then shook her head and smiled at the tall handsome Fry before. Fry then reciprocated Leela's smile and pulled a chair out and sat down beside Leela. " So , how are you today?" the future Fry asked her.

" Oh , I'm fine " Leela replied with a smile. " Great , so uh what are you going to get " he asked. " Oh , I'm not really hungry , I'm just going to get a coffee" Leela replied. " So , have you heard anything from me , well Leela ?" .

Leela asked the future Fry who was sitting looking at the Menu on the table. He then slowly turned his head and looked at Leela who was sitting waiting for him to answer her. " Uh , no she's on holiday with some friends so she'll be home in a few days , but I can tell you she sure is going to be surprised when she See's you" Fry replied and continued to look at the menu.

" So , uh how did um, you and Leela get together ? " Leela asked him trying to start a conversation between them. Fry then once again looked up at Leela , who waiting for another answer , " Well , I don't know once I came out of Mars Uni we just started dating , and then she kinda' fell for me".

Leela smiled and gave a slight giggled as to what Fry had just said. Fry then lifted his head slowly and looked at her " what? " he asked sharply. Leela just replied with a shake of her head and once again gave him a smile which was reciprocated by him.

Back at Planet Express The Professor sat down in the lounge area trying to fix his machine , while Hermes stood over him shaking his head and Zoidberg sat in the corner rumaging through the bins looking for scrap bits and Fry as usual sat sulking at the table while Amy sat next to him trying to cheer him up.


" I can't believe Leela's just gone off dating the other me , I come here to help her and this is the thanks I get " Fry moaned as he sat at the table with his head in his arms. " Look , Fry stop whining she's not dating him , they've just gone out for lunch , their not going to get very far ".

" Our Fry is engaged to Leela , besides you'll win her in the end". Fry then turned round and looked at Amy confused , " what do you mean by that?" he asked sharply.
" Well , look at it this way Fry , this is the future was ever happened to us will happen to you , our Fry went to Mars Uni , you'll go to Mars Uni , he's engaged to Leela and so will you so there's nothing to worry about you'll get her" .

Fry then gave a slight shrug " yeah I guess your right " he said then placed his head in his arms again. As the hours went on Leela spent more time with the Future Fry , and got more used to his comany. " So , Leela did you like that? " Fry asked Leela as they entered the lounge.

" Yeah it was fun" she replied sitting herself on the sofa with Fry following. The Future Fry then looked over at Leela who was looking at him smiling at her. As the two crew member looked at each other Leela slowly moved forward towards him and kissed him softly on the lips.

But then immediately pulled back and looked at Fry who was sitting in shock. " Sorry I have to go " Leela said hesitating then ran out the room leaving Fry sitting shocked.

" Leela , are you alright?" Amy asked Leela who was sitting at the conference table with her head in her arms. " Leela " Amy asked again placing her hand on her shoulder. " Leela , what's wrong? ". Leela then slowly lifted her head and looked at Amy who was sitting facing her.

" I Just did something stupid " Leela replied quietly feeling embarrassed. " What ? , What did you do?" Amy asked wanting to know. Leela then lifted her head once again " I kissed Fry" She said then placed her head back in her arms. " Which Fry?" Amy asked.

" Your Fry , I kissed him and I feel so stupid I just embarrassed myself in front of him". Amy then sat back in her chair and looked at Leela who was obviously ashamed of herself at what she had just done. " Why did you do that Leela? " Amy asked her.

" I don't know , I just feel so stupid , I mean he reminds me of Lars , I guess that's why I kinda' did it" Leela replied quietly still with her head in her arms. " Well , it's nothing to be ashamed of Leela , you just kissed him it's not as if you've ruined anything he is afterall engaged to the future you".

Amy replied to Amy trying to cheer her up. Leela then slowly lifted her head and looked at Amy who was sitting smiling at her. " Come on Leela , let's go and get some coffee" Amy said and led Leela over to the kitchen area.

Back in the lounge area the future Fry sat still on the couch thinking of Leela and what had just happened. As he sat thinking the doors of lounge slid open and in came the normal Fry. The future Fry immediately sat up and looked at the normal Fry who was standing staring at him as if he'd seen a ghost.

" Uh , Can I help you Fry? " he asked quietly. " How did you do it? " the normal Fry asked angrily. " uh , excuse me " the other Fry said. " How did you get Leela to fall for you? I've tried for 8 years and still she rejects me , even here in the future she's still rejecting me".

" Even here in the future she's still rejecting me , and now you've taken her away from me" Fry shouted pointing at the future Fry who was sitting not having a clue what he was talking about. " Fry , What are you saying? I've not taken her away from you , I'm engaged to the other Leela , I don't know what your talking about ".

" Then tell me how you managed to get her to fall for you" Fry shouted demanding to know. " Look , Fry just calm down I never did anything it was just after Mars Uni when I came out Leela me just started dating , then one thing led to another".

" So , Fry don't get yourself so wound up about it , you'll win her in the end ". Fry then just stood there looking blankly at the future Fry that sat before him , then let out sigh and rubbed his head.

" I wonder what everyone is doing back in the past " Leela said as she sat round the conference table with Amy. " They're probably trying to figure away of getting you back home" Amy replied and took a sip of her coffee. " Yeah probably" Leela added.

Leela then lifted her coffee and took a sip. Just as she was drinking her coffee the doors leading into the conference room slid open. Leela then turned her head round to see who was their but immediately stood up and gasped as she saw who it was.

" What? " Amy said wondering what Leela was gasping at. Amy eyes then widened as she saw the Future Leela standing at the doorway carrying a brown suitcase and wearing her usual day outfit. A silence then came among them.

The future Leela stood in shock as she saw an exact duplicate of herself standing before her with Amy. As the 2 Leela's stood staring at each other in shock , the 2 Fry's came out the lounge area and both gasped together as they saw the 2 Leela's before them.

"Leela , I thought you weren't coming back till next week" the future Fry said interupting the silence among the crew. " Fry , what the hell is going on? , who are they?" Leela asked bewildered. " Leela , come in here and sit down and I'll tell you" the future Fry said and led Leela into the lounge leaving the rest of the crew standing silent.

" Who the hell are they? " the future Leela asked as she sat down beside Fry. " They're us , but they're from the past" Fry replied, trying to calm Leela down. " Well , how did they get here? " Leela asked sharply. The future Fry gave a slight shrug , " they said that they're Professor made some kind of machine which zapped them forward 3 years in time".

" So , they've ended up here , but don't worry the Professor is trying to fix the machine to send them back" Fry replied and placed his hand on Leela's. Leela then gave a slight smile then got up to get a coffee.

" God , that was some surprise " Leela said as she stood round the conference table with Amy and Fry. " Yeah , it sure was" Amy replied. But just as Leela was about to say something the doors of the lounge slid open and in came the future Leela , who just scowled at Leela who was standing in the corner with Amy.

Amy then gave a smile and ran up to Leela and gave her a hug. " God it's good to see you Leela " Amy said happily and followed the future Leela into the kitchen.
" Here , what the hells been happening?" the future Leela whispered to Amy. " Oh , not much " Amy replied.

The future Leela then frowned and folded her arms and looked at Amy. " Not much , I come home to find a duplicate of me who's been kissing my fiance behind my back". Amy then gasped and looked at Leela who was standing staring at the past Leela in the corner.

" How do you know about that? " Amy asked bewildered. " Fry , told me a minute ago , but I just can't believe it I come home to find a duplicate of me and Fry and everyones acting as if nothing happened ". " Look , Leela just calm down they'll be leaving soon anyway the Professor told me the other day the machine will be fixed soon.."

As Amy continued to talk The future Leela watched the other Leela who was standing in the corner looking upset , the past Leela ten headed down the stairs towards the ship but stopped when she heard a familiar voice behind her.

" Hey Leela " . Leela then slowly turned round and found the future Leela standing before her. " Sorry , about what I said a minute ago , I'm just a bit confused finding you here". " No It's alright " Leela replied , " I understand" .

" Yeah , well why don't you come up and have a coffee , with me and Amy? " the future Leela replied and turned round and walked up to the conferenc table with Leela following.

The whole crew stood around the Large grey machine that caused all the trouble. After weeks of waiting it was finally time for the 2 past crew members to go home. As the past Fry and Leela stood and stared and the machine which lay before him , Amy behind started sniffing and burs out crying.

Leela then ran up to her and wrapped her arms around the future Amy , who's face was all red and a stream of tears running down her face. " It's alright Amy " Leela said trying to comfort her. " I'm just gonna miss you , even though you'll still be here , I'm just still Gonna' miss you ".

The two Leela wrapped their arms around Amy trying to comfort her while the rest of the crew watched not caring. The Professor then fiddled around with the control buttons and pulled a long lever. " Hurry up you to before it's to late " the professor shouted.

Leela and Fry then stood in front of the machine and waved goodbye to the future crew. Leela then took one last look at the future Fry , before the 2 blasted into thin air , leaving nothing but a few ashes on the floor.

Back in the year 3008. The Professor had just finished packing up the remains of Leela ans Fry's stuff. Amy stood in the kitchen area feeling lonely and sad and missing her two best friends. She could feel as if she would never see the two crew members again.

The place to her felt quiet and lonely and no one was ever around to make her laugh be company for her. Just as Amy stood in the kitchen she raised her mug to her lips , but then a huge bang was heard from the Professor lab.

Amy then dropped her mug which shattered on the ground and ran into see what it was. As she ran in the door she stopped and gasped as Leela and Fry lay on the ground with burn marks around their body. " Leela , Fry " Amy shouted and ran up and hugged the two crew members.

" Where on Earth have you two been " Amy asked as the Fry and Leela got themselves up and brushed the dust off them. " It's hard to explain Amy " Leela replied. " Oh my Fry , Leela your back " The professor shouted and shuffled along the ground as fast as he could towards them.

" But where have you two been ? " the professor asked. " We were sent forward in time thanks to your stupid machine " Fry replied angrily. " Oh don't be stupid my machine can't do that , oh Fry your so stupid that I've had enough of you , I'm going to send you to Mars University , maybe that will smarten you up a bit".

" Hey , what's all the..." the crew then slowly turned round to find Bender standing at the doorway of the professors lab. Bender then gasped and ran up to Fry and was about to give him a hug when he tripped over the lever which then smashed down on the ground.

A bright light then formed and flashed over Fry and Leela making them once again disappear into thin air. Amy and the Professor then slowly turned round to Bender who was standing with an innocent look on his face.
