It Keeps Saying I Have '1 New Notification', When I Don't, Is There Anyway To Fix This?

Click it, a drop down menu shows up, try clicking all of them until it goes away.
Or...
Log in, log out, clear your cache, cookies, history, close your browser, open a new browser, log back in a see if it still says it, if it does, check it.
