Yeah it was in the episode where they go to itchy and scratcy land and bart cant find a bart license plate but he can find 'bort' ones....any ideas which episode that is?

'We have ran out of bort license plates, repeat, we are out of bort license plates'!

'Clean up crew to the fromt of the nuasiator!'

They're just a few lines i remember from that episode
