Orson Scott Card

Card was bearable... then he fucked up Iron man and turned him into "Brain-Man" which was stupid because iron man's strength is in his plausibility

I would have to say.... either Nick Hornby or Robert Kirkman

Thrawn Trilogy is lengendary I agree... some of my favourite books.
I also like Tolkien (LOTR=amazing) and Gaston LeRoux (but I wouldn't say he's my favourite, as I've only read Phantom of the Opera... that is one fantastic book, people should read it!) Terry Pratchett is also good (argh at not having access to my Dad's collection of Pratchett books... I think he has all of them!)

I agree....The best Star Wars books i've ever read....Excellent stuff.

My Favourite author is Frank Herbert, the creator of the iconic Dune series....I've read every one of the Dune novels, even the ones written by his son Brian. One of my dreams is to have a first print first edition copy of DUNE...But they're about £3000-£5000 :(

Dune by Frank Herbert - Used Books - Hardcover - £4491!!!!! (http://www.biblio.com/books/1251201.html)

Chelsea Quinn Yarbro! Her best selling books are from the series of books, 22 so far, about the 4000 year old vampire, Racogzy Saint Germain. Different books set in different time periods. From Ancient Rome, to England during the bubonic plague, to Germany between the two world wars, to present day Colorado!
