he did once have the perfect oppurtunity to kill him but he couldn't go through with it, can't remember which episode that was though

Oh yeah, that rings a bell. Might be that episode when Cecil is trying to blow up the bridge and bart and SSB are falling and he saves him or something.
And when he has Bart tied up, but instead of killing him, chooses to program him to blow up Krusty....

My best friend's nickname used to be Sideshow Bob because she had ginormous red afro puffs.
Sadly enough, her own mother was the one to start that. Don't you wish you had a mama like that?

idk if someone said it already but this is "the great louse detective"
Sideshow bob doesn't kill bart because he realizes that he has grown accustomed to his face and understands that he lives to plot bart's death
i personally love sideshow bob, as i have said a few times before
my favorite has to be "cape feare" and a close second "brother from another series"
