You can use this section to talk about Manjula and ONLY Manjula.

I had to answer this post purely for the reason that Gurman took the time to spell out her and Apus' last name....WHEW!!

She's exotically beautiful, but would love to see an episode where she gets Americanized....short skirts, baseball, all that stuff...

Or...I guess on this site , she could be English-a-sized...

i wish we could see her like that oo, in much the same way apu did while trying to get his citizenship...

How many episodes was she in?

Two starring ones, I think...but I could be way wrong. I'm thinking of her first appearance and then the Valentines day one.....she's been in lots of others on the side-lines.

I love her eyes.

I am glad there was at least a couple of Indian characters. But its a stereotype that Indians have many children. In truth Indian families have one or utmost two. Very rare to see families with three or more children. In US people have more than three children very often. Its just assumed that India's population is so much and so they must have a lot of children. 30-40 yrs back people used to have upto nine or ten children. My own grandma was one of 9 children. So the current population is due to the reckless actions of the older generation lol. But then again Manjula seems to be a bit fussy. Indian women are known for their tolerance and patience. But then again I love Manjula and Appu.

There are a lot of Hindus where I live... Just this morning I saw this Hindu wedding on the way back from Tesco, but, where I live is a Melting Pot, so it's by no means a Hindu area.
I used to know one Seek, but he died when I was young and his English wife moved away, they were cool.

Manjula's kinda b*tchy lol

They didn't have episodes in which they were centred since The Sweetest Apu though. :O
