Was this movie good ?

So, basically, I`m waiting for the movie to come here to my town ( By the way, when did the movie come out for you guys ?:)) , and was it any good ?

in my opinion i felt it dragged in a few places but i still liked nonetheless, i don't think its as good as bbs though

Its alright it feels longer than 90 minutes in some parts. It feels like it goes on and on and on and on and on and on, but if you like the show i recommend watching it. Bender's Big Score was the better movie

See my post in the opinion thread started by KingZoidberg for more details, but I thought it was merely ok and secodn the idea that Bender's Big Score was the better movie. Something about it just seemed "flat".

It's good but i just don't think Futurama works as well as a movie, the episodes are just the right length IMO.

I just really hope they bring more season out after the movies...But it'll be a long wait...To damn long!

I enjoyed both Futurama films so far but they aren't as re-watchable as the series.

I thought that the Bender-Fry dynamic was good in BWBB, though. They have an interesting relationship that isn't explored properly often enough in the series, really! :)

I really hope they can bring out some more seasons. As Gaz said, Futurama as episodes are great, the films are still good but don't really have the same effect.

Apparently he did, I saw an article on AICN, and it was supposed to but, apparently, they were just going to do the Straight to DVD titles. I hope though, maybe through success of them, they will make episodes on Comedy Central.

I thought of something to make the movie more interesting. Yivo has an exact opposite brother named Zylox. His tentacles are a radioactive green. If Zylox's tentacles got into your neck, you'd be a shriveled corpse.

If you wanna protect yourself from Yivo's faggy tentacles, wear a tentacle grinding blade on the back of your neck, arm yourself with a diamondonium or electromater samurai sword, samurai shoulder pads and a protective hat so Yivo can't reach you. Don't ask me why I'm not the romantic type, I'm just too macho and hardcore.

Here's a fan fic conclusion I thought of for Beast with a Billion Backs.

(sinister laughter is heard in outer space)

Fry: Yivo? I didn't think you'd be so evil!

Zylox: Fool! I am Zylox, the HydraMollusk, the Hatebringer, and Yivo's exact opposite brother!

Fry: I thought Yivo was only one in his universe.

Zylox: You mean MY universe. Yivo was meerly a pawn in lowering your defenses so that I may take over your universe with your guard down. Had they been my tentacles, you would all be shriveled corpses by now, and that would be too easy. But since Yivo failed me, I terminated him.

(the whole crew gasps)

Zylox: Now that Yivo is destroyed, I shall drain the life of your puny planet reducing it to a corpse strewn wasteland!

Ryvul: Not so fast Zylox! You want our universe, you're gonna have to get through me!

Zylox: Oooh a challenger eh?

(Zylox shifts from planetary to physical form onto the ship)

Zylox: What say you and I take our battle.....in MY WORLD!!!!

(Ryvul and Zylox transport onto a surface with crimson skyes and bodies strewn on a dry surface)

(the battle ensues)

(Ryvul slices off Zylox's head and arms and attempts to walk away)

(Zylox's body shakes; a new head grows from the wound)

Zylox: You can slice me as many times as you like.

(more tentacles grow from Zylox's wounds)

Zylox: But I always grow more!

(Zylox's tentacles pin Ryvul to a canyon wall; his upper tentacles grow spikes)

Zylox: Leela cannot save you now! You're doomed!

(Ryvul closes his eyes and thinks back to Leela's lecture)

Leela: You can't always depend on others to help you Ryvul. Sometimes you gotta reach deep within your heart and find your inner strength to get out of a jam.

(flashback ends; Ryvul reaches for a nearby stone stake)

Ryvul: Reach...deep...within your heart.

(Ryvul thrusts the stake in Zylox's heart; Zylox is in pain)

Ryvul: ...and here's the inner strength!

(Ryvul latches onto two rock formations and kangaroo kicks Zylox; Zylox hurtles backward and is impaled by a stalagmite; Zylox cries out in agony; Zylox falls to the floor in a pool of his own blood)

(Ryvul walks over to the mortally wounded Zylox)

Ryvul: So Zylox, what's your story? Just out of curiosity.

Zylox: (weak) If you must know, I'll tell you. (gets up; his wound starts gradually closing) My belief in love ended eons ago. It was back during Prom Night of 1987 when a girl asked me to dance with her. Little did I know she was majoring in which craft. She led me into a room where five other girls just like her put this hex on me saying overtime I'll transform into this scaly abomination you see before you. As the years went by, the curse began to progress. When the year came that the curse took full form. I had been singled out at all corners. Everyone took me as one of God's cruelest mistakes. But something good came with this curse. Two things actually. The abillity to levitate myself and to survive in an environment with no atmosphere. I put these gifts to use leaving Earth, never to return again. As centuries passed, I was feeling lonely. One day, my belief in love slowly began to return, so I created my "brother" Yivo. Someone who could express love in ways I could not. But the experiment was a total failure so I had to destroy him to remind myself that the only things in life that truly exist are hate and despair. Had you not been there to challenge me, I would have indeed put my other plan into action reducing your planet to a lifeless husk in space.

Ryvul: How were you able to survive that stalagmite?

Zylox: Another side effect to this curse was immortality. I am forced to live forever as a serpent man with no right to die on my own terms. You can trap me in a room with spiked walls closing in on me and I'll still live.

Ryvul: If Yivo is destroyed, does that mean Colleen is...

Colleen: Yes Ryvul, I'm with Zylox. Isn't he a dream boat? Of all the guys I've been with, Zylox is truly the one for me.
(hugs Zylox)

Zylox: You'd be amazed what couples you'll run into these days.

Ryvul: I haven't really gotten to know Colleen well.

Zylox: No, but I will. Leela has guided you well. She has made you into what you are today. A warrior of skill and honor. I do have one last request however.

Ryvul: What's that?

Zylox: My cloak. Return it to me. It allows me to fit in with the crowd and it hides my scaly exterior.

(Ryvul hands Zylox his cloak back; Zylox puts it on)

Zylox: For proving you are a powerful adversary and a hero in this universe, I shall return you with your friends on the ship. Planet Express needs you.

(Zylox transports Ryvul back on the ship; Zylox and Colleen walk away)
