Is it just me, or is Hermes' voice distinctly different in some of the episodes of the first season? I just watched a Fishfull of Dollars, and My Three Suns, and I can't remember which, but one seemed to have Hermes' jamaican accent more understated, and he sounded much younger or something...

They guy who does Hermes' voice is Phil Lamarr. He play Marvin in that movie Pulp Fiction. He was the guy who got his head blown off in the car which made John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson have to clean up after him after panicking.

The voices do change but it is because the actors didnt get the voices perfect till season two .......... or there abouts
Gaz is correct...just look at early Simpsons...plus Phil LaMarr is a regular on Mad TV....and doesn't he do some work on Family Guy?

I think that Homer's voice wasn't perfected until season 3
