actually thought i would bring this up again but i couldnt get a GIF pic to work it just froze the pic

I had the same problem with a Gif because mine was moving but when I set it as my Avatar it was just a picture and nothing more

For animated avatars, you cant upload them, you have to use an image sharing website such as picoodle or imageshack

The only problem with big animated avatars is the loading time.

Plus if there uploaded to the FFF server it would use alot of bandwidth up

Yeah i had a laughing man logo from Ghost in the shell that was animated..it kinda slowed the forum down.
