View Full Version : Artist who can draw Futurama characters well needed...

OK, so I have a tattoo of Fry as emperor on my left inner forearm, right. Well, I'm looking to turn this arm into a Futurama Fest! I'd like the other main characters all around Fry, but I don't know how to incorporate them without making it look jumbled and weird. I want it to flow nicely. Know what I mean? So, I've put a pic of the tattoo, and the pic that I used to get it...if anyone's got any ideas or can draw something...I'd REALLY appreciate it a whole heck of a lot. Thanks everyone!

What if you used the same border and make another thing next to fry but with a diffrent character. Like the same border and background but instead of it saying fry it says Leela and has her doing something in side the border

How about a scantly clad Leela draping herself over the top of the frame?

And maybe Zoidberg carrying the frame up on his shoulders?..Kind scuttling down like a crab?

I can draw, but not that well....PLus i aint really got time ATM.

I rather like the Leela idea...but I might put some clothes on her. :P Now....to draw it. Actually, I might be able to find one of her laying on something and meld it into the tattoo...hmmmm...my tattoo artist can draw really well, I just don't know how acurate he can draw Futurama characters. I'm a sucker for acurracy.

Im sure if you can find a pic that's suitable he would be able to incorporate it into the design.

I'm thinking of having Leela leaning on the frame and maybe just having the rest in a collage on the upper part of the arm....NOW, who can make a good collage. :P

so wait, are you just adding to the tat or are you planning on getting a sleeve done? if you're going for a whole sleeve then the artist will totally help you out with that. i say go for the sleeve. they rock.

you're best bet would be to go through the episodes on the DVD and take screenshots of scenes or moments of the characters you really like. then give it to the artist. he'll sketch it all out for you and show you is plan. plus it'll help give you a better idea of how you'd want everyone.
