What is the deal with the areas one needs to hundreds of posts? I don't understand this on the alien language section. A few thoughtful/funny posts are worth more then spewing wave after wave of nonsense...

The idea is to reward users that have spent time on the forum and have acheived the status of forum regular. Just the same as the elite section is a reward for people with over 500 posts.
