i know but... after having hot salsa i can't imagine eating ice cream, cause then it is like putting the two together! if i ever have hot sauce that's a bit too much (which is very very rare) i just have some bread. then i'm totally fine.

Medium. I like it spicy, but I don't want to drink a million sodas to calm the fire. The mild sauce at Taco Bell makes the corners of my mouth burn. :[

I'm less than an hour from Mexico. One must know how to appreciate burning beyond belief if one is to enjoy the full gastronomic fare of such a diverse area full of HEAT. A couple different meanings implied for that word.:cowboy:

And my favorite hot salsa is called: Texas caviar. It has corn, black beans, plus all the regular stuff. It's great.:drool:
