I love star wars too :D I also read the books! Of the 6 films episode 5 is my favourite, but of those books, episode 3 is my favourite, it seems better written.

Pazuzu

You should! I've also read lots of the expanded universe ones. If anyone's interested, I recommend any of the ones by Timothy Zahn. They're very good. The first one he wrote is Heir to the Empire.

like them all except 1&2 they where to childish.. fu***** Jarjar... Yeah, Star Wars does not need any characters to laugh at, it's not meant to be funny, as that's what JarJar was there for. Grrr!!! lol But other than that, Star Wars ROCKS!!!

I've got them and read them! Have you read the Thrawn trilogy (Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising and The Last Command) by Timothy Zahn? Those are my favourite ones! And Timothy Zahn's other books as well - The Hand of Thrawn duology (Spectre of the Past and Vision of the Future) Survivor's Quest and Outbound Flight
What other Star Wars books have you read Relic?

I met someone who could win at Star Wars Trivial pursuit against me!!! (There were some really obscure questions, which he got right!) It was my cousin's boyfriend, he's really cool. Just wanted to say that!

I saw the first Star Wars movie with my wife ( at the time ) at the San Diego premiere...the line was sooooooo long....it took 3 hours to get in. Remember, this was before people were all fans of it. It was an awesome experience....we went back the next night!! One of my fave things is that I have a program that was handed out only at the first night premiere...probably not worth much, but it's cool....pictures from the movie, cast info...that sorta stuff. My favorite was Empire...the rest after that didn't get it for me...( ewoks...hah..henson puppets )...but the first two were awesome!!!

Pazuzu
22-01-2007, 03:36 PM
Yep, each to his own. I would say that the Phantom Menace was easily the worst of the films. I would say that Jar-Jar adds too much comedy to it for me, but then I like sci-fi fantasy type stuff

Close second to Jedi......didn't like the Jim Henson style puppet lookin' Ewok dealios....I'll stick with 1 and 2

When my sister got married, she and her husband went to see Revenge of the Sith as their "honeymoon," LOL. They eventually did take an actual trip, to San Diego, a year later.

Kingdom was okay except for that midget lead actor dude....

1B-DI

Yeah, it was okay, but I think Orlando Bloom is the worst actor in existence.

*turning on TV Land* Please, tell me they'll show him again!!

Love Star Wars.

Empire is the best film ever imo.

I even liked the new ones. Phantom Menace was a bit rubbish but still had the spirit of trhe originals. I don't know why people didn't like attack of the clones or revenge of the sith, I thought they were great (apart from Hayden Christianson's wooden acting, I just don't like him).

Sander.

They should make a Shadows of the Empire film. Hmm that would be hard without the original cast.
