I used to be a skateboarder by the way....I could SHRED! Until my BIG accident, anyway....oh well, I still have a board!

Actually, I've had many serious skate board accidents...my favorite was when I was going down a paved walkway ( steep as hell ) on the beach...friends said I was probably going about 40 or 50 miles an hour, and I hit sand on the edge and went down....I slid on my back and side down the pavement about 15 yards and hit a palmtree and a concrete bench...( wait...it gets better... ). My shoulder was seperated a ( doc said worse than any he had seen...cool ) my wrist broken and a bone sticking out of my shou;der about an inch...I was only wearing shorts, so I guess I was lucky.....the best part was getting thrown out of a resturant 'cause of the protruding bone, because I made my friends stop on the way to the hospital for food....3 surgeries later and I was back on my skateboard. The End.No lie.

Although i am not a chav myslef, i do not like that erm at all. i think it is a very stereotypical and biased view of people who wear clothes of a certain make or brand. i know many people (including myself) who wear rockports, helly hansen, berghaus, etc. and are actually very nice people. So, guys and gals, open your mind and release the inner chav inside all of you.......

I don't think that way though, it's not people who wear that sort of clothes etc. who are chavs necessarily, it's just that many chavs happen to wear that sort of stuff etc. Chavs are not nice people by definition. They are the trouble makers basically, or thats how many of my friends define them, the people who are generally horrible and not very nice to be around. It's just a coincidence that a lot of them wear burberry etc.

I don't get why everyone has to be in one stereotype or another. It's almost as if we're trying to find excuses to hate people and to fight. Yeah i take fun of chavs in a joking way, but I don't mean any harm by it. I've joked with my friends that we should have a chav hunt, but again we don't mean anything by it. Why find excuses to hate each other? Why can't we find reasons to like each other? To be friends? Some common interest etc. That's something for everyone to think about.
