I think I may have joined the wrong forum, I just realized that a majority of the members here are teenagers. (That explains why most of you loved this shitty excuse for a movie.) I also noticed that most of you are from England, the country where English was invented, yet the majority of you have trouble writing simple sentences in English.

I've not seen this film yet but i have heard VERY mixed opinions on it. Some people absolutely hate it for some reason. Some love it. TBH i don't think it would be my kind of film anyway but I'd give it a chance, and if I didn't like it I wouldn't spend my precious time bitching about it on the net...People like that are sad.

24, loved Cloverfield, think you're a right idiot for coming in this thread just to b*tch that people liked the movie. You'll find that the majority of people *did* like Cloverfield, it got all around good reviews (from critics *and* regular people) on most review sites, it broke box-office opening records for January, and it made triple its budget domestically alone. It is also gearing up for a sequel next year, not to mention having spawned a large group of devoted fans. Guess what? They're not all teenagers, either. Insulting someone because of their age is about as dumb as you can get, though. I wish you luck in proving that you have anything of value to say, but you won't be able to accomplish that after having proven just how worthless your opinion seems to be.
