The option exists in 'User CP'. Does anyone use it?

I forgot since I subscribed to it months ago. It does notify the user somehow though I believe.

I think I automatically get subscribed to a thread when I post in it, then when someone replied it shows up In my user cp so its easier to track what threads have been posted in that i also have posted In.

I used to be subscribed to threads, but I stopped because I was tired of getting emails all the time.
