yeah, its pretty weird especially because we're in the middle of a plate. last major earthquake in virginia (thats where the center was) was in 1870, so yeah, none of the buildings are really ready for something like that

i live about 2 hours from DC and i felt it. i was in the kitchen getting food for my cat and for a second i thought i was dizzy but then i noticed that everything was moving. it only lasted like 5 seconds and afterwards i was just like... "uh, what the fuck was that?"

America's dick obelisk is bent to the right. Four foot crack at top and reported on 8-25-11 that more cracks found. Cracking from shaking of the obelisk and the shaking didn't return the obelisk to its original position. I wonder what will the Freemasons (or whatever secret society that worships the dick obelisk) make of their god causing their holy symbol to be damaged? How will they interpret the sign? Highly vulnerable to toppling over from further quakes now that it's tilting.
