I hope they will get togrther, they seem to complete eathother. Leela makes fry more responsible and Fry makes Leela more laid back.

Leela didn't have a family untill Fry found her parents, he's probably the first man whos loved her for her, he's done incredible things to prove it. Fry is good enough for Leela by a long way. as for Leela, fry loving her makes her good enough for him in my books. :D :wink:

I really kind of get mad a leela for not seeing how great fry is! It is remarkable how she takes how well he treats her for granted (except when he really acts like an idiot and messes things up). I mean, you'd expect someone who came from an orphanage where no one was even nice to her to appreciate when someone loves her! to be psychoanalytical, I think Leela's upbringing has made her afraid of being hurt and losing Fry, so she won't let herself really love him. Thats just my two eurocents. :)

I don't know...if Fry and Leela got together and fulfilled every shipper's fantasy, IMHO it would take a major comedic element out of the series. Futurama just wouldn't be the same without Fry's relentless but fruitless pursuit of Leela. [ducking to avoid all the hurled stones]
