Zapp Brannigan, definitely. A spin-off series with him in it is the only Futurama spin-off series that I can see not being terrible.

i chose bender. i would actually prefer leela for something like that. but thats assuming that fry and leela dont get/stay together. if fry wasnt in the picture i wouldnt mind something where leela was the main character. but i dont want to see them split up in that regard. so i chose bender because im sure it would be hilarious.

I wouldn't want a spin off. It would be no better than Family Guy did with Cleveland. Whoever has the spin-off will never be on the show again.
