In the tradition of Futurama's annual "Anthology of Interest" episodes, Bongo Comics presents an issue of inquisitive inquiries and questionable queries that will boggle the mind when Professor Farnsworth's What If Machine reveals the alternate pasts, presents, and futures of the Planet Express crew. Witness the Santa Robot's reign of terror when we dare answer the question "What if it was X-mas every day?" Then Fry poses the question, "What if my life was more like a sit-com?"

And FINALLY James Lloyd pencils another issue! Sad, however, that they threw in a rampagingly ugly tale from Mike Kazaleh in the middle of this goldness. It was great to see the What If? machine again. The entire game of poker in the 'wraparounds' of the story were humorous, and there were some classic moments (such as Bender at the end, and the Professor's many alternatives to the What If? machine). I loved the first story the best, with the Robot Santa enslaving humanity. I found it unfortunate that they could only fit two stories instead of three into this issue (although the third story was nicely acknowledged with "what if we skipped Leela's story?"). The score goes up since Bongo was able to get away with what they did (the language during the Amy/Leela fight scene seemed a bit adult, as well as the Anti-Skank Bomb!). Only other little grumble I have is with one of the speech bubbles during the "I Dream of Leela" story; the speech bubble should be coming from Zoidberg's mouth, not Leela's, in the panel where Zoidberg clicks the pen and the text says "I hereby erase your memory".

8/10
